(SPEECH) TONY RODONO: What gets me up in the morning is knowing that there's a place where we can come with ambitious people who we can sit around and say, what cool thing do we want to create today? And we have all the tools and all the expertise and all the talents on my team to do that. I'm Tony Rodono, and I'm the owner of The Map Shop in Charlotte, North Carolina. (DESCRIPTION) Tony examines a map with another man. (SPEECH) The Map Shop makes and sells maps of all different types, from small folding maps to large wall maps and everything in between, like 3D-raised relief maps, the ones that you can feel, even educational pull down maps. Even though we're a 30-year-old company, we still very much operate like a startup. So in 2011, 2012, I started a small map art company. And we started selling to The Map Shop. They carried our lines for several years. It made sense for us to buy The Map Shop. It was a win-win. We have a non-profit partner called Classroom Central, a great organization locally. They offer free supplies and resources to local teachers and classrooms. Giving back to the local community is important to me because the people, the customers that support you, you need to be able to turn around and support them, as well. (DESCRIPTION) Workers in the shop. (SPEECH) I'm proud of the system we've set up. We have tens of thousands of different maps. People can order them one day, and we can print them on demand and get that into people's hands. I'm also proud of the team that we've built here, the culture that we've created. If we can create a place that people are excited to show up to and create cool stuff with other ambitious people in a fun environment, we've done our job.
